Description
An nkuyo is a personalized spiritual guardian, created according to the Palo Mayombe tradition to protect homes, businesses, or specific spaces. This sacred object is prepared by a tata (priest) and houses energies and spirits that offer protection, guidance, and spiritual balance. Each nkuyo is unique to the person or place, and its strength depends on the rituals and care performed within the Afro-Cuban religion of Palo Mayombe.
